What stone is used here and what is the decking material?
The best place to find out more about the stone and decking material is straight from the architects. We supplied the windows and doors on this project, the architect was Jeremiah Eck Architects (now known as Eck-MacNeeley) out of Boston. You can find out more at http://www.eckmacneely.com/

Could you give me information about the stone you used for the arch? It is very nice.
The stone is reclaimed rubble stone--stone that had been salvaged from old barns that had been demolished, provided by the mason on the job.
Tile is stone tile (slate). Large tiles are 24 x 24. Strips 2 x 16.
I can't be sure about the the actually flooring - the dark stone looks like a bluestone but the range of color suggests something else. The dimensions of those tiles look to be about between 24"x24" since the range
Love the opening to the other room with stone
