Best to speak with someone in your area that does steel work and welding. If you have a general contractor, they would probably have a relationship with someone that does that kind of work

Pool Cabana
This allows a horizontal bilateral space of 19" or @ 10" on each side and a vertical opening of 6" top and bottom. This cabana is in a somewhat protected setting, however it has endured gale force winds. The openings around the four sides allows for the wind to pass through without pushing the panels.

Like how you can attach drapery on panels and pull tight for screens instead of hanging curtains on all sides
