My walls are SW cappicciano. I'm installing a new crystal chandelier. The ceiling is presently gold. Never been a fan of white or beige ceilings. I was thinking of a shimmering kind of grey. New chairs are a green/grey velvet. My DR is similar, not as much detailing in the
builders paint drop that the colors don't match what he stated. The smoke grey dot is bluer than the paint on the walls. It appears to be the color he used on the exterior walls.

Smoked or Fumed oak is a chemical reaction
reaction that changes the color of the wood. Finish can be an oil or a poly - they require different maintenance and care and have different levels of durability (depending on the brand).
Montauk black slate countertops contrast with white cabinetry. The cabinet faces are ash and are stained — instead of painted — white, so the grain is still visible. Hewn oak on the front of the island matches the custom flooring.
