I know this question has already been asked, but I am wondering where you purchased the spanish tile and border for the backsplash. It's beautiful, yet simple, please Share!!!
Hi there. Are these Tunisian tiles? They look as if they could be, or perhaps a Mediterranean tile. I'd like to do a similar back-splash and would like to know the pattern name, because the colors are perfect

This historic Florida bungalow features shaker style cabinets with glass fronts, along with decorative spanish tile on the kitchen and bar backsplash. It won a NARI national Contractor of the Year award for a historic preservation remodel.
Where is it from & what tile is the backsplash? It is amazing.
The tile is hand made from Portugal. The owners traveled there to pick it out and ship back to States.

Where can these hand painted tiles be found?
They look like Malibu or California style tiles. btw, love the cabinets and that arched niche. I would put tiles into the back of that niche.

The bottom portion of the venthood was fabricated by Rustico Tile & Stone - http://saltillotileconnection.com/cantera/ They can make anything! The stone is made of a smooth cantera material.

Hello Merrick, Im doing a similar backsplash tile above granite counter & wood vanity in the powder room. I cannot tell from this picture but wondering if you turned the corner and did the left side wall over the counter there too, so both sides of the vanity have the backsplash, or just

Typically, we do not do the side walls on backsplashes. It looks cleaner and features the tile if you don't do a side splash particularly in a Powder Room. It is a personal preference and usually only done when the counter

This restoration and addition had the aim of preserving the original Spanish Revival style, which meant plenty of colorful tile work, and traditional custom elements. Custom tile work on the floor and shower captures period style.
where can I get the tile?
The floor tile is from Western Quarry and the color is Spanish Mission Brown. The field tile in the shower can be found at California Pottery and is called Vecchio Precocious Palette in Blue.
