Spanish revival. Vibrant Spanish tile adds quirky color to this outdoor space. Try using Spanish tile on a wall, the floor or the kickboards of a staircase. You can even find iron tables with Spanish tile tops. You can get a similar effect using bold-patterned fabrics on seat cushions, throw pillows
With some architecture styles, like Spanish revival, tiled hardscaping is just so much better than plain cement or stone. It adds instant cheerfulness.More: How to shop for cement and quarry tilesHow to shop for tileHow to find the right stone tile

Islas started off with the San Felipe pattern floor tile and picked a Spanish tile for the backsplash. A palette of terra cottas, whites and teal accents felt like a natural fit. Islas used the teal on the cabinetry, tile and window seat fabric to tie the room together. "After" photos: David Young-Wolff

That tile is gorgeous! Would you mind sharing the manufacturer? Thanks!
Hi, thanks! The flooring tile is by Interceramic tile, their Dolomite collection. The tile on the stair risers is by Tierra y Fuego.

Inspiration for using fence as focal point -- panels of corrugated metal, brightly-colored tile?? And yes on the thyme between the flagstone!!
This patio is made of peach-toned flagstone with the spaces filled with soft ground cover. The lounge chairs face a luxurious pool with a cobalt-blue tiled wall fountain.

Where are the floor and shower tile from?
Both the saltillo tile and the decorative tile came from Clay Imports in Austin. www.clayimports.com. Hope this is helpful! Best, Stephanie with Bella Villa Design Studio
Where are the saltillo tiles from?
You can find it at Clay Imports here in Austin TX. They have a website too. This small tile is Alhambra SC-7 in a 4x4. Thanks for your interest! Bobbie with Bella Villa Design Studio, Austin, TX
Typically, we do not do the side walls on backsplashes. It looks cleaner and features the tile if you don't do a side splash particularly in a Powder Room. It is a personal preference and usually only done when the counter is very small and there
