We where able to achieve a high end look with a very common spray coating. We used Rust-Oleum's Universal advanced formula HAMMERED all surface paint, color - Silver Hammered. This can be found at any big box home

that was bent using a pipe bender to achieve the curve. The conduit is joined to the same size wall plate using a threaded connection fitting. We sprayed the assembly a matte black and attached it to the wall using anchor screws. You should be able to find all the items above at your local hardware store

If it's wicker, use spray paint.If it's metal, you may need a wire brush and special paint made for metal furniture, like Rust-Oleum. If it's wood, determine if it needs staining
