What was the cost of making these stairs?
I'm talking about the materials and labour fee. I'm making a new house and I want to use stairs like these
these. I'm sure that constructing a modern staircase costs more. 4ft wide, 5.5ft high, 4 runs of these. What would the price be for making stairs like these but with my height, width and number of runs? THANKS!
similar stool in chrome, not steel, called the "Aria". I thought it was the Aria until I looked a little closer.
Solely based on the photo above and without running actual numbers for this stair, I would say the pictured stair would run in the 12k-18k
Materials and labor only. There would be and additional cost for drawings, engineering, permits, etc. Other unknowns would be the structure that the stair is attached to. There could be some additional cost to reinforce the walls or subfloor. Also, to meet code here in California, a handrail will have

Beautiful minimalist stair railing. Name of manufacturer?
I plan to change out my staircase as my next project to modernize my house. I have a great contractor, but we don't know where to go to get these stair railings - can you tell me the manufacturer or where to order? Thanks!

the entry a modern steel stair railing on a painted shiplap backdrop plays to that tension as well. “We wanted to keep the bungalow feel but have everything be sharper inside, with a modern edge,” says Cantu.Several schemes for the remodel were drawn up, one of which had the stairs located at the back

steel porch steps and railing / steel barrier
Much of the beauty of steel is derived from its strength relative to its size or thickness. Because steel is sold by the pound, designers often seek to use the most economical section
weight of steel for the loads involved. This steel stair tread, riser and railing showcase the lightness that is possible with steel. The stair appears to float in this instance, and the delicate verticals supporting the handrail appear as folded origami paper.

I can't tell if these stairs are leading outside or not but if they are did you have any problems with them being slippery? I have diamond plate steel stairs in the entry of my building that are currently covered by carpet.
and using 14 gauge diamond plate steel. if you are doing stand alone treads, i would suggest 1/8" or bigger. hot rolled will be cheaper than aluminum or stainless and will give you the darker, industrial look shown in the picture. hope this helps.
what gauge steel for the diamond plate?

Can you provide more info on the stairs?
What type of material? (Aluminum or stainless steel or other) How thick are they? How far do they extend from the wall? How much is inside of the wall?
Yes, the steel embeds were flush with the surface of the concrete. There was no skimming or concrete. Everything there was in the formwork. Again, a fabulous job
It helps to plan ahead when you build stairs like this... obviously.

Defying gravity, this stair's 4-foot cantilever is made possible by steel's tensile strength and by welding the treads to embedded steel plates in the concrete wall.
