When you said it's 11' wide plus cabinets & tops, does that mean it's actually13' wide from arch wall to sink wall? Is 3' enough space btwn island & sink? Trying to figure if this can work in our house. LOVE it...I'm happy to see it is possible to do an arch this wide!

That would be a question for the electrician. The lights are LED so I don't even know if it needed a transformer.
