through the front gate at this home, you are greeted by a tall column-shaped fountain in a front flagstone courtyard. It appears to be centered with the arched window and is balanced with Italian cypress.

Awesome front doorway, but the three windows like to have one major fixture

Love the home design and exterior finishes. Question for you please...
Is the exterior stucco, cut stone or EIFS? Details of exterior finishes would be much appreciated. We're about to build and trying to "come together" on exterior materials. At this point will be mostly EFIS but I'm looking
EFIS is the "stucco of choice". I've heard there is a new, improved stucco (my aunt saw it yesterday on TV - Home Shopping Network maybe)......is there anything you know that might be helpful or I should consider. Thanks again!
Love the planters next to the cypresses. Love the outside lights and the house color.

My favorite trees in the background.....
what particular cypress in backround is that?? i love its
In contrast, these Italian cypress trees (Cupressus sempervirens, zones 7 to 10) create a different feeling. Their narrow, upright forms infuse the space with energy, especially combined with the bright orange umbrella.
