Great, simple tieback idea for windows - could use the interior tension rod for a cafe curtain. Long panels could be two king or queen flat sheets, split in two that match bedcovers. OR Cafe curtains could be sewn from the sheets and merely use sheer or plain white panels for tie-backs.
