Who makes the toilet & sink/vanity?
what is the name of this toilet?
Sorry, but hanging lights in front of the mirror is just wrong and the mirror behind the toilet is a little wierd
Cabinet was custom by a local cabinet maker but we based the design on a Duravit vanity. Counter top is a ceramic vessel made by Ronbow. Toilet is Toto Aquia.

Questions3
Where can one purchase the shelf above the toilet tank?
My memory is that the cabinetmaker made a shelf that was painted and installed in such a way that you could remove it to access the toilet tank. It's not a product that we purchased for this location, but was custom made for the project.

Questions7
this vanity and built in cabinet next to toilet. What size is the vanity and who makes it as well as the built in storage?
I would guess 9' based on a 36" space for the tub, 36" space for the toilet and 36" vanity. Could be a 30" tub and 30" for the toilet. So possible 8' as well.
Cabinets on other side of toilet???
