How did you address flooring issues (i.e. slipping on the marble)?
It's a Drop-in tub with carrara marble located in the Fairmount in Vancovuer.

Historic house in Centerport
Actually, it is Amazon Gold Honed Zig Zag, which came in 12x12 sheets. It was the same marble variety used for the chair rail, bars, 6x6 and 12x12 field tiles. Here is a link: http://www.allstone.net/products/i/18/

can you be more specific about marble? crema dolicatta? calcutta?
The backsplash underneath the windows is marble to match the countertop and the hood/cooktop wall is a mosaic tile sourced from Tile Showcase in the Boston Design Center.

Can i use barkeepers friend to clean a honed marble top table?
you might face is that it will tend to polish the marble surface and thereby reduce the honed look. That could defeat the purpose of having honed marble. My daughter has honed marble in her kitchen and is going through that same dilemma on her marble counters. Some have been etched by mistakenly using

I would like to know what type of marble was used on the countertops as well
