I'm pretty sure that is the Vinotemp VT-36 beverage cooler. It is one unit but each side is able to be controlled individually .

A Lakeside Contemporary Spreads its Wings
Faucet is VOLA. I bought it through Close to Home , Burlington VT. Color of tile is a light blue/turquoise. I don't remember the exact name but the tile samples give you an accurate sense of the color.
