What is the type of drapery here? We just bought in " the Martin" Las Vegas and have identical windows Had wanted to warm up steel
We have a loft and would love to do similar curtains. Problem: We cannot drill into the ceiling or the wall the curtains would hang on. The room is 12' wide and we can drill into the two side walls. How are yours done; and how would

I drill a 1/2" hole if the bowl is in an area that allows drainage such as a yard or gravel/sandy area. For decks and patios I recommend a snuff cover/ table top that we custom build. This option prevents contaminated water/ash from draining directly on the deck or patio. The snuff cover / table top
Woodland Direct does carry those fire bowls. Can be configured to burn either wood or gas. I'd recommend gas since it's way more convenient and you'll use it more. To add some warmth for those seated around as well as WOW to your fire pits, consider adding our Artistic Steel
we need something similar for the backyard now. this is the closest thing I can find that's somewhat realistic.
nice fire pit idea - seat would be inexpensive especially if we used large part of tree and treated so it wasn't sticky or prickly

I love your cedar lap siding and am planning to use it on my new home. My dilemma is whether to go with a 4 or 3 inch vertical overlap. My thought is that each will produce quite a different look, but I'm no expert. Can you please tell me what size overlap you have used here - is it 3 or 4 inch? Maybe
i love the exterior. how much maintenance is required for this type of cedar siding as opposed to artisan siding? we are in the process of designing the exterior of our new MODERN home and are having trouble deciding on what to use. Everyone says that cedar loses its
Option 4: Ipe. Can we do this? This is also the the siding detail we'd like to use: shiplap with square edges and a narrow gap.
We both liked this...looks expensive though

We have a straight staircase down into our basement. It has a huge amount of head room above and just wondering about possible storage ideas or doing something
Most of these windows are original to the home. However, we had to replace a few. Marvin windows custom made the replacements for us and they are similar to the original. They have leaded glass in the airspace.
Frank Lloyd Wright was the original architect. We remodeled the interior at the request of the owner in a cottage style renovation.
Hi, this door is actually from Woodharbor, a custom cabinetry line we carry.
House plan - open stairway could work
1. Look under staircases and into deep walls. Be creative about dead space. There is often room under a staircase for a closet, a tiny powder room, or built-in shelves.

Hi, great question. We sourced the metal bar grating for this project from a company called McNichols. They have a wide variety of products and profiles to select from. Thank you for your question and good luck with your project. dSPACE Studio's portfolio
Thank you for your question. Yes, you are looking at the motor that opens the double-height glass and steel door. We choose to leave the motor exposed because of the industrial feel of the space and to highlight the operation of the door. Good Luck with your Project
The hanging fireplace from this project is the Fireorb designed by architect Doug Garofalo and fabricated here in Chicago. We love the modern look of the Fireorb and because it has a 360-degree rotation, this is a fireplace that can be placed anywhere in a space. Thank you

Have aviary. Wall I am considering is wall in condo that attaches to space of other condo. Do we order? What would it cost? How would it get to Oceanside, CA?
How we give water to the plants?
Really interesting and trendy type of flowers on the wall. It's controlled but very artsy in the same way.
1. Try xeriscaping. A fancy term for low-water landscaping, xeriscaping is all about using plants that can withstand extremely dry (or drought) conditions. Even if you don't live in the desert, a well-planned xeriscape can save you a significant chunk of change and time when it comes to maintaining your
