yet to be released on a nationwide basis. We are one of the only companies in the country that are certified to install it right now. It is called Vitremela from an Australian company called Drytreat. If you are in Las Vegas then feel free to contact us and we can take a look at your project.
Thank you! We used a number 2 white oak (meaning not premium, select, or perfectly matched) and then did 3 coats of water based polyurethane.

chezerbey kitchen
I love this layout; we'd like to try something similar in our smallish kitchen. Can you tell me a) the rough dimensions of the island and b) the distance between the island and the counter? (We don't have space for the 4ft clearance some recommend).
The island is 5'-2" wide x 3'-6" deep (measuring counter). We have 3ft between island and rest of kitchen which is fine for us. The pinch points become the stove and dishwasher when open.
Like the way it is framed in
Évier sous fenêtre, belle configuration du plan de travail.
also similar to layout we're considering
My kitchen is much smaller than this, though the, general lay out gives me some ideas.

it if my family (which is pretty big) would all put in toward buying a several acres of land and building a small vacation community like this. It's got a resort neighborhood kind of feel and with a pool/barbecue area and a playground it would make the perfect site for family reunions, vacations, holidays

Crown Molding Detail Closeup - Reveal
A minimal 1/2" drywall reveal joint runs below the crown molding. This subtle detail creates an elegant shadow line that blends contemporary detailing with traditional crown molding.
Using layers of 5/8" drywall we created a double step ceiling

For that reason we recommend using drywall with edge beads if you plan to paint the steps to match the ceiling and crown molding. Good luck with your project! dSPACE
