Luelue, Nowadays, there are so many new porcelains out there that mimick stone and wood. They have great price points, and are more durable than wood. Especially if you have little damp feet running through after a dip. We have some really nice porcelains

We are moving into a new condo, open area, living dining room with a long wall in the living room adjacent to a window overlooking the lake. Where do I put the TV? Most likely on the long wall but what else can I do to distract from the TV and to make the long wall look not so long. Thanks.

I absolutely love the look of this home. I have a slight floor plan obsession- I love looking at different lay outs and making my own!
itself). We selected the same finish for the metal roof on our home (completed in Dec of 2012) and I can attest to the fact that the color looks just like this. Instead of a 5V roof, we went with an Englert mechanically seamed roof, but the look is similar. Hope this helps!

These stairs were designed by John Albrecht, Albrecht Wood Interiors. Our carpenters installed the stairs and we had a firm in Cincinnati install the railing.

The trim on the rug is actually a chocolate brown. We purchased this sisal rug from Ballard Designs about four years ago and it has held up beautifully
