are in light khaki family, bit the pic looks like a white/yellow butter color. Is it my monitor, or was the wall color more of a white/yellow than a white/beige?

currently have light flooring which shows everything and I know how dirty it gets- so using a dark rug would hide those spills but that's probably not the best. Is there a simple way to keep beautiful rugs clean in the kitchen?
