about the only thing in this room I don't like is the table and 2 chairs. don't really know if I care for the ceiling lights either,......yet.

what about a window seat on the south side of the dining area?....could serve as 2 seats at the end of an extended table and the rest of the time, would be a good place to sit...read w/ a view of the pond?

Ok I am in a serious dilemma and basically losing my mind..lol... I thought long and hard about what floor is best for the house but o.m.g. why is it so hard to decide? I want the overlay stained concrete and even found someone to do it for 5 bux a sq ft. I truly feel this is what works

left original parts of the historic house alone, except for paint. Previous interior alterations and addition were modified drastically. Rainwater collection barrel in the back holds just enough to sustain a tiny vegetable garden, no more. The house is 45' long.
