purchased at Modani . Not sure about the brand
In today's market, few people are overly concerned about having tubs. I usually recommend
with a market for a young family, that one tub be kept if possible, just for ease of bathing children. However, in an apartment, I would not worry about not having a tub. If a family moves in, they are likely used to having a portable child tub if necessary. I think that a larger, more inviting shower

lighthearted “library” loo is very cheerful. My only suggestion is that the owner adds a ghostwritten Loni Anderson memoir. There’s a lot of good stuff about WKRP in Cincinnati and Anderson’s friendship with Ricardo Montalban in there, as well as photographs, the most important aspect in any ghostwritten

Does the pitched roof + flat roof design work? What about the downward views from upstairs? Looking down on a flat roof? Would it not be better to keep the same roofing material consistent?

Yes, a 12" square is quite small. I do not recall the size on these squares, but I would assume they are about 24", maybe a bit larger. The room is probably about 12' wide.
They are from "Uttermost". That is about all the info I have. Someone else asked a while ago, and was able to track them down online. I believe they are historical building prints.

connections are in the back, it would seem very difficult to attach the washer hoses and the dryer vent. I like the built-in look/functionality, but wonder about those issues.
