Love the lighting above and below the cabinets! What are they?
Working with a contractor and am having a hard time directing him on what lights to buy and install (and this is my first time doing this). I want the lights above and below our kitchen cabinets to be
Great pendant lights! What is the spacing between them?
We are building an 8x5' island and have purchased 15" Harmon lights. How far apart should we space the lights to fit and not seem too close together?
these pendant lights and also the size of the island? Thanks!
Can you tell me the specs on the can lights and the bulbs. Thanks.
The width of this island is 8.5' so 3 pendant lights should look great. However, it really depends on the size of the pendant lights. If they are much smaller than the 15' lights shown here, you may want to use more and vise versa.

this kitchen island are not UL listed for outdoor use. For a similar look that is UL listed try the Kichler #2665 Hatteras Bay Collection. It has a glass lens across the bottom of the light to protect it form moisture outside.
Make's a galley kitchen . . . but add island with stools across from dining room table. Open doors to backyard to keep light.

That is the Bubble Light from Sonnoman. Great fixture and relatively straightforward installation. Hope this helps!

is a perfect place for a wood accent wall. The high nature of a stairwell will create a dramatic effect, with a great opportunity for accent lighting. Run the boards horizontally to visually expand the width of the space.

stairs and landing in this house are lit by ceiling spots, which provide plenty of strong, practical light, but it is the statement pendant light in the stairwell that creates the impact, while softly lighting the wall of reclaimed wood.

The wide space, the dime lamps the flower papper on the wall, I believe is a great accent for the area, and the small seating that look like a lounge.

Using downlights over the vanity without adding lights on the side. Standing directly under a downlight, without any light at the sides of the face, creates exaggerated and unflattering shadows. In the bathroom, using a downlight over the sink is fine to accent the expensive polished nickel faucet you've

color code for the lighter shade of grey? It is perfect with the dark accent wall!
Paint color for the dark accent wall, please.
Love wall lights and ceiling fixture. Can you please let me know where they are from?
For the light gray, i would guess Benjamin Moore - Silver Satin OC-26...
FYI: to anyone who is interested in the Revere Pewter (BM). It will ONLY look like that shade of grey if you have amazing natural light. Otherwise, it is still a very nice color, but it
Hi, you can fine them or similar options at Robinson Lighting or Norburn Lighting
it has a more "taupe-y" looking hue to it. You need a very good amount of natural light to get Revere Pewter looking that bright and crisp.

color of the accent wall -- could you please tell me the color? I'm assuming it's Benjamin Moore... and is the opposing wall Revere Pewter? Thanks so much!!
Why are there so many lights in this room
I gave up and found something else...If you are referring to the accent wall - I did find something called Smoked Oyster by Valspar and it appears to be almost identical - used Oatlands Subtle Taupe on the same sample card for the other wall
Not sure who makes them but you can get them from Robinson Lighting
