It looks very similar to Martha Stewart Rainwater that I've used b/4 but sure do love the SW Dutch Tile Blue as well!

There is Tarkett- Easy Living Lino that looks just like that floor. A great lower cost option to get that look.

Are those s custom blind? It looks as though they retract up in to a pocket.
over the windows ( 8 to 11 feet high ceiling - windows 6 feet wide by 4 ft high). Can't find any way to dress the windows that does not make the rod look as if it's hung on a slant.
achieved this look. I have a '90s townhouse that I am renovating and it has hideous skinny honey oak trim around the windows, but the window casing itself is a lovely high quality wood. I'm wondering if I can just remove the trim pieces, leave the casing as is, and achieve a similar look. Thoughts?

Thank you for your response. I've read just about everything, but nothing on the floors. They look like Walnut though.
Looking back at the selections book I was able to locate the type of fan in this room. It is a 56" San Francisco ceiling fan with Integrated Halogen light bulb by Minka Aire. Sorry for the delay
