7. Amazing Aspen entry. This entryway in Colorado doesn't have a lot of natural light, which makes the lighting all the more breathtaking. A pendant chandelier immediately draws the eye up toward the home's main living space.

The oak takes all the focus on the deck. Gonzalez hired an arborist to help with preserving the tree, and Coel designed the house to both accommodate the needs of the tree and highlight it. Although the patterns in this girl's room don't match, they all work together because they share a common color. Liberal additions of white prevent the blue from overwhelming the space and add to the tranquil atmosphere.
