We have a similar range with the fan at the back. We use the range fan when we use the oven. Any difficulties with staining on the tile behind the range?
If that is sonoma tile, is is stained already. I have two houses, both with Sonoma. One Lacanche Range, another Verona. The heat at the back and the exhaust will almost instantly discolor your backsplash.
