than the flowering areas - what did I do wrong?
I went to buy the rudbeckia from local nursery but it looks totally different from these red flowers. Could you please let me know the latin name for these beauties? Thank you so much!

This bed is a mixture of annual and perennial flowers. The white along the rear are annuals - Cleome (Spider Flower).

Beautiful design & choice of plants. This type of garden does require a lot of maintenance. Perfect for those garden lovers. I love the yellow / blue combo. We use that in our annual planters.

white flowers in front are annual vinca (Catharanthus roseus), sometimes called Madagascar periwinkle. The purple spikes look to be annual salvia 'Victoria', and the tall orange flowers I think are annual Mexican Sunflower. All thrive in full sun.

The flowers in this picture don't last that long. What is planted in the beds the ret of the year? I know the stems have to stay a while if a repeat performance the next year is desired to allow the bulb to store food for the next show but empty beds viewable from the house for 10 months of the year
