Lakeone is a semi wax French product that I have put on my antiques.....and even ordinary vintage wood item. Although, like wax, eventually needs to be reapplied. It does not require the buffing that beeswax needs
finish. I have used in our steamy bathroom on the wood cabinets and it refreshes their appearance remarkably. I do not recommend refinishing antiques.
