percent round it is half round with a fireplace wall to the right side of the view. There is a fireplace wall on the right side with supply and return vents
vents that cannot be seen in this photo. However, theses are not open trusses but decorative ceiling beams. Your round house is a different situation then
this photograph and perhaps the only way to heat and cool it and leave the open trusses is to do it through the floor.
