I'm sure Andrea could fill you in on her railing design. It is similar to the DesignRail® product with a wood Cap Rail option. We see a lot of steel fabricators creating these type of railings as well (and using the CableRail infill).

As the architectural firm we specified Marvin windows but with custom homes the Owner may have changed the manufacturer and the contractor would install accordingly

General/overall design BG: Very nice :)
