will be opened and closed daily. More so in cold snowy season. The good thing about outside mount, it would help by not blocking our wonderful view (as much as inside mount). At least I assume so, the higher I mount them, the higher they will be when opened all the way? The other thing, we have big
The eyelet is made when the 2 pieces are sewn together leaving a slit or what I am calling an eyelet where the post slides in. Even with the 2 pieces it is narrow and that is with lining. Ine piece of lace, my feeling is that one piece of unlined lace will look skimpy. I would

half there's not enough room . Our kitchen is pretty tiny-150 sqft. Would I be able to get away with doing only one row of 6in can lights down the center? I would also do two 3in can lights above the sink and two pendant lights over the island.
Thanks for getting back to me. I'm trying to figure out if I want to do it that way to save space and cost (as opposed to a dual fuel range). Yours looks fantastic!

upon the final effect you're after. I've done a painted black (or dark-stained) island with a dark-stained kitchen, with a white painted kitchen, and (as you can see in this photo) with an ivory paint w/glaze kitchen. If possible, could you post a photo of your existing kitchen along with a photo of
and dismayed with their products, so although I do still order farmhouse sinks from them, I do so with reservations. I don't know what state you live in, but I'm sure you could contact the company by phone or email (Masterpiece Sinks, 888-774-4122 phone, 714-993-4126 Fax, info@MasterPieceSinks.com) and
instead of a "live" (ie, changing) surface on their metal patina sinks, they have a "lifetime" finish that is guaranteed not to change for 10 years. (In answer to your above question, the maintenance on a Masterpiece sink is to use a soft cloth and dish soap. Other copper sinks without the lifetime finish

Sleeping Loft
inspired by the concept of a breath of fresh air. Behind the white flowing curtains are built in beds each adorned with a nautical reading light and built-in hideaway niches. The space is light and airy with painted gray floors, all white walls, old rustic beams and headers, wood paneling, tongue and groove
mid-century painted pieces, and a cool hangout spot for the kids. Wall Color: Super White - Benjamin Moore Floors: Painted 2.5" porch-grade, tongue-in-groove wood. Floor Color: Sterling 1591 - Benjamin Moore
Whiten your whites. Few things say "summer" quite like crisp white curtains fluttering in the breeze. If your whites are looking a little dingy (as is often the case after being boxed up for months) now is a great time to freshen them up. Bleach does the trick, of course, though I've also heard that

smallest runner or rug size they have - much easier to return if color is deceiving. While choosing a rug, make sure you counted for doors that swing (as the rug could get in the way if too big) - They are also plenty of local options (Target, Homegoods etc). Boston-based company Wayfair is also amazing
This borders on aspirational dream room with that built-in loft and design-minded wallpaper. But it makes room for a real child with all that storage and color and clever use of space.

Cobble Hill House by CWB Architects
Cool streamlined pony wall/room divide with seating separate (not built in)
the bookcases above the stairs, using varying heights and staggered ceiling mounting to create interest without drawing too much attention to the set (as would happen if they were all set at the same height and in a row).
