A small touch of a kind of robin's egg blue brings in the cool hue without interrupting the levity of this living room.

Spring Lake- Living Room
A crisp and consistent color scheme and composition creates an airy, unified mood throughout the diminutive 13' x 13' living room. Dark hardwood floors add warmth and contrast. We added thick moldings to architecturally enhance the house. Gauzy cotton Roman shades dress new hurricane-proof windows
Hello! This is a lovely room! Can you tell me the dimensions? Thank you!
I love the room! Could you tell me if these roman shades have a lining? Thanks in advance!

Black and white can be considered neutrals, so truly any paint color would work, but white walls with a white sofa are starkly beautiful; particularly when your furniture pieces are sculptural. http://www.houzz.com/photos/22939/great-room-contemporary-living-room-san-francisco
great coffee table for living room
your home and plan on living there for the foreseeable future, think twice before spending big bucks on something that might not work in another home. Extra-long and L-shape sofas can be tricky to position in smaller rooms, so choose one only if it is perfect for your current room and you are staying put

Are the 3 paint colors in the living room available?
I have 3 bedrooms where the walls the windows are on (all facing N/W) seem to be the darkest walls. I would like to brighten up those rooms, but should the burnt orange be on the darkest N/W wall or paint the other 3 walls the bright color and go grey on the darkest N/W walls?
I like the two different colors of paint in the room
and neutral accents. The gray, sage and beige furniture and accessories don't try to compete with the peppery wall color here. It's a beautiful living room with bold color that feels warm, comfortable and inviting.

Thank you for replying, I like the shades shorter length, it warms the room like a piece of gold jewelry.
Get the lighting right. Think about the time you spend in the living room. Do you avoid curling up with a book or catalog because there isn’t good reading light? Rearrange table and floor lamps, or steal some from another room to use in here. When it comes to table lamps, get the scale and height right
right with side tables. How do you set the mood for guests? Would candlelight help? Swipe candlesticks from the dining room and play around with them, or hit Ikea or Pier One and pick up inexpensive tea lights and glass holders for them. Learn more about how to get your lighting right
