We are about to re-do and add on to our existing
necessary to achieve this look.
Thank you,

I would love to know the dimensions of this room. Especially
looking to add a fireplace and mount the tv above. Our room is 12x18 with the same look as this picture. We would like to put the fireplace on the opposite wall that currently goes onto a screened in porch, but will be where we add on a kids play (bonus room) room. Any suggestions on best layout? Hope
black granite counters. Want to go with a light color.
easier to keep clean, and less expensive than tile. But if you really want to do tile, I would look to some of the ceramic products that look very close to marble or stone. Maybe something that looks like white carerra marble.
Good luck!

to match the design with the garage to the south side
perpendicular to the house defines an inviting courtyard space for visitors. The shed roof of the front entrance slopes backwards to make sure the front door will not be missed.
Ways to catch the sun from the south. Also the garage at the side.

Here, the house occupies the edge of a hill which appears to slope down towards a lake. A courtyard is made possible by the shape

I went to a lighting store and had them pieced together. They were really simple and affordable. Any lighting stores that restore old lamps or light fixtures should be able to do these for you!
