Enlarged bay window leading out-perhaps would work for back/east 3rd floor bedroom? Would need to watch out doesn't cause problems with eventual 2nd floor master bed

Even though the ceilings are low, this attic loft makes great sleeping quarters for guests. The couple painted the wood-paneled walls in the same whitewash as in the main areas on the first floor to keep the space bright.
