Material used on 2nd balcony floor/1st flr porch

Might anyone know the manufacturer of the steel cable railing used in this photo? I'm very interested in that for our deck? Thanks!
Are these cable railings more expensive than say vinyl?

Can you please tell me how the balconies are attached to the house?
what is the balcony made of? (material)
The angled steel rods connect the outer corners of the balconies to posts in the wall.
Metal siding, don't like the bare commercial corrugated steel but something also would work.
