for the baseboard and casings? How did you achieve the shadow on top?
on the baseboard appears to be the same as the trim above the door. The baseboard is about 5 1/2" inches tall because the standard height off the floor for your cabinets is 4 inches and the baseboard is about an 1 1/2" taller thus they probably used a 1 x 6 which is 5 1/2" wide or tall depending on how

as a "baseboard". A strip of 12" floor tile was added to give the "baseboard" a height of 6" The 2 piece tile baseboard not only looks good, but it protects the walls and ceiling below from water (toilet overflow)

use a baseboard-style trim piece. Note the base in this picture: Unlike most field tile, which can be cut to accommodate an uneven floor, base trim can't be cut without losing its profile.
