Assess your lighting. We spend a lot of time pampering ourselves in the bathroom mirror, so your lighting should be top-notch. Maximize as much natural light as possible, and be sure your vanity mirrors are flanked with lighting to reduce shadows.

what is the size of the vanity/cabinet in this bathroom and where can
because I decided to have it fixed, for a number of reasons, yes we provide extraction fans to code. As a Vacation or second home, and one with 7 bathrooms this one is in the loft above the kitchen and used by the home manager who spends there a couple hours a day, hardly anybody uses the shower. Now
Ventilation is through a fan. Which dimension of the vanity are you interested in? I do not use standard sizes. The top is extended over the toilet as well.

Who makes stainless counters? Are they custom?
Your best bet is to go with a counter top material like this, or concrete, where you can customize the size of the sink. You are right, it's hard to find large sinks that will fit into 24" sink bases. I hope this is helpful
In theory Stainless Steel counters are probably the most durable counter surface you can put in a kitchen. The catch is they have to be done correctly and must be high quality stainless steel. Think about restaurant kitchens...the vast majority of their counter surfaces are stainless steel. Regarding
Regarding dents, scratches, etc...stainless will show surface scratches over time but a well used counter will develop this wear consistently over its surface (look at any stainless that's been around for a while and you'll see what I mean). Dents shouldn't be an issue IF good quality stainless is used

Please tell me some specifics on the bathtub used in this bathroom...dimensions and the manufacturer would be helpful. Thanks
Could you please share what the counter top is, please?
What's the counter top material? Marble?
Do you have any images of the bathroom shower/tub? Would love to see what the rest of it looks like.
Thanks so much. This is a beautiful, classic bathroom.
do hardwood floors work in a bathroom?
The depth of the counter top is around 23"
something were to leak though it would ruin the beautiful hardwood. Tile is a much more practical choice for a bathroom floor. The humidity levels in a bathroom are too unstable for a bathroom. Especially when there's a shower.
I have had hardwoods in bathrooms in 4 different homes and they are fabulous. warmer and softer than cold hard tile! looks great too!
