What kind of wood are the beams between the balusters and ge wood underneath the horizontal balusters?
The horizontal fascia pieces are 1x10 pine (stained early american from minwax), and the beams underneath are painted bittersweet chocolate from benjamin moore. The vertical posts are cedar, also stained in early american.

What color paint did you use on the ceiling between the beams?
What are the dimensions of the ceiling beams?
The beam dimensions are not counting the crown molding 8" and 12"
You just need to reduce the size of the beams proportionally.
If you look at the other photos of this home you will see that we did not carry the coffer into the kitchen. We did an arched beam for the coffer to die into at the kitchen.
