seen this design concept many times, and I'll never tire of it. If I ever own a home, I definitely want to scout out a beautiful dresser to turn into my very own one-of-a-kind bathroom sink. TIP: You'll need a vessel sink to pair with your low dresser to turn it into a sink vanity.

have a beautiful view that we don't want to block so every inch really makes a difference. These particular shades in your photo appear to go up higher.
The other pickle I'm in, I want a separate liner where both can be closed, or both can be open, or drape can be closed to see beauty of light shining
They have beautiful choices in their natural shade selection too, but darn 17.5 inches is a lot of blocked view. Wonder if there's a way to roll up the shade that falls below the valance when it's open all the way?
are the design requirements based on the environment. For instance, if it is subjected to freeze/thaw cycles - encaustic may be your only choice because cement and most terracotta can't be used in frosty environments.
