If you are going to use a painted wood blind, you might as well go faux. Nobody will be able to tell the difference. The wood blinds shown here, by the way, have a top treatment that conceals the roll and clutch — always a good idea!

When you open the blinds on the doors all the
cellular blinds are a good alternative for sliding doors if you don't want the more common vinyl or fabric vertical blinds. Budget Blinds has over 700 locations in North America and they all carry this product. Hundreds of colors to choose from and they are all white to the street side. One thing to remember
I only sell the window coverings in this picture, so I don't know what the wall color is. Shaker Beige by Benjamin Moore is a similar color, though.
