Never heard of a chicken tree but maybe thats the common name in your part of the world. It is not considered an invasive tree in Australia.

what kind of palm tree are those?
plants have some water to them. The lawn has a pop-up automatic spray system. The rest of the garden has a automatic drip system separated into zones. Trees, shrubs, desert accents, citrus and pots are just a few of the zones.
