Reminds me of similar house in BelAir,
Usonian house style in the 1930s, promoting it as an ideal model for the American middle class.Notice the long and low facade, or elevation, of this 1956 Usonian-inspired house. stone house does stay much cooler. But once humidity gets inside it seems to hold it in much more. We do have central air and used it maybe 3 weeks this summer...in Western PA. Didn't really notice much difference with heating.
on that house is most likely very old and weathered. Also, the walls are most likely 6" thick or more so it adds to the depth of the stone look. Take a look at our website. I was thinking of adding Silver Hill or Cobalt for some darker tones.
