Solid block soapstone sinks have the inside corners rounded, making them easier to clean and maintain. Soapstone's nonporous nature means that it's

Questions7
find the sink? Is it something that is currently on the market?
I'm planning on installing the Ikea Sink and and Butcher Block unto existing oak cabinets. I know that the sink cabinet will need some modification for the sink. I know
with the sink, what make is it and what is approx. cost?
After 2 years have the sinks marked at all.
I'm going with Ikea Grey Abstrakt lowers, white uppers with white/light bench top. Love the Ikea white farm sinks but worry about how they will stand up to foods which stain (like beetroot, blackberries
for the sink. My questions is did you have to modify a non-Ikea cabinet and if so was it as simple as cutting out the old false drawers and dropping the sink in and hanging it off the counters? was there any addition structural reinforcement inside the cabinets? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
