Check with your natural stone supplier. There is a natural range of color variations available that deviates from the monochromatic look you are referring to.

What is the color and manufacturer of the stone?
The stone was gathered from a fallen 18th century wall that ran through the property. The stone would be referred to as Pennsylvania field stone from the Chester County region. If you were to contact a quarry in the area they might be able to provide additional information. We would recommend Rolling

I love the random look of the walkway created by those white disks. I can't tell what the pattern (?) is. Is it frilly? I'd want something more "stone-like", I think.
