approx. what size is that bocce court?
going to play in international tournaments the size is 12' X 90' Otherwise they can be any size that will fit into the alotted space. People even play bocce on the beach! We are building ones that are 10' by 60' as our competition will be only our HOA home owners.
The edge of this bocce court provides an axis for the center of the butterfly roof of this home.

How did you design the bocci ball court?
am guessing the edge is made of some sort of stone or paver. Anyway, here is sort of a "how-to" guide on building your own. http://www.ibocce.com/court_pix.html and here is another one that just looks awesome. http://www.joyofbocce.com/Doityourself.ivnu Hope these are helpful!

Playing a primitive form of bocce goes all the way back to the Egyptians in 5000 B.C. Doesn't this fancy covered patio with the curtains seem like someplace a modern-day Cleopatra could sit and watch the sport?
