If it were for you, I'd go with what appeals more to you. But white will coordinate better with the trim, make the rooms seem larger, and appeal to a wider audience--all important when you want a sale ASAP!

Sleeping in a box? Better design would be to lower the edge to expose the mattress, more comfortable and easier to change bedding.
