I am wondering how wide of a space I need to dedicate to a built in nook with bench only on one side an end of table. Chairs will go on opposite side and end. Thanks. Do you do work at the Cape?

Love this adorable nook....where can I find the beautiful plates on the wall..
comes to breakfast nooks and banquettes: The carpentry costs are usually about the same as buying tables and chairs from showrooms. Don't let "custom" scare you; it's all in the choice of materials. Now, if you choose imported, magic, gold-dipped wood from Antarctica as your material, that's another story
to the breakfast nook. A clever niche in kitchen banquette area is a great solution, even better if you can build in shelves to conceal it a bit more.
This breakfast nook offers a solution (for shorter periods of TV viewing, at least): The telly is tucked into a wall cubby and is easy to see from any spot on the facing banquettes.
