Where did you get the grey bricks?
What are the specs of the house bricks you used? Where did you get them? They look like a very pale grey with similar colour paving in between - very nice.
nice mix of wood and brick
subtle modernism great colour scheme massing / deep front porch
This house, also located in Toronto and designed by
Dark Brown Eaves with white washed brick
windows above a brick base that has a substantial cutout for the entrance and garage.
I like the white windowed porch next door.
looking west and a little south reveals how nKArchitects shaped the front elevation. We can see a couple things: The gable roof projects on the south side below the line of the windows, and the driveway/entry is cut into the exterior brick wall.

Multiple Family Suites
The client wanted us to design a new custom house on a tight suburban site that would emulate the style of homes found in their native Ireland. Although they were empty nesters, the home was designed with complete bedroom suites for all of their children’s growing families to come for extended visits
same stage of our lives as the owners with our children having children and we are looking to build a new house which will be comfortable for all. We want space for everyone to gather back at our house for short or longer visits. Thans you. Nancy
paint and it would be fine even though I read otherwise. I choose to do it reluctantly and yes now my house has been compromised. Contractors out here deal with stucco they don't know much about brick ... at least I have not found the needle in the haystack. So, if you have any suggestions I would happily

What is the the trim paint color? And the brick color to match the stone columns?

went out of my way to make it as convincing as possible, Building a new home that looks like an old house
Love the painted brick and the colors.
I don't like small front porches, DON'T LIKE THIS
Larkins designed with assistance from Le Architect in Baton Rouge. The painted brick facade and shuttered windows overlook a formal front garden, lending an air of reserved propriety that evaporates once you step through the front door.

What kind of garage door is this? Is it automatic?
Wow, very cool! If you wanted to make it automatic you might try our Edison Autoswing opener which allows you to open large sliding doors with the touch of a button. More info here: http://www.realcarriagedoors.com/hardware-cat.php?page=openers
The way the door opens and that there two sides
Add hardware to the barn door to look like this
I like this for a garage at the Hoke house
as a breezeway between the garage and house and include standard door entry to the garage.
Sliding barn doors!!! For under the deck!
Sliding door & drive through garage
like this as a small house design with glass for open door areas. Sliding
Door types: Sectional: The most common type of garage door; rolls up and down on tracks.Sliding: Barn-style garage doors (as shown here) slide open to the side, requiring a wider garage wall to accommodate the door when open.Swing-out. Double doors that swing outward when open are not a good choice for

I love the louvered doors... where can I find something similar?
What is the size of the individual louver? How much exposed? Difficult to find louver doors with increased louver size.
Is the trim and door paint eggshell like the walls or semi gloss, as traditionally
What are the dimensions of the door casings and header trim? Thanks.
Questioning my choice of trim and doors same color as adjacent wall
What is the wall color and trim/door color? Looks great!
pricing. I'd verify warranty coverage, since many custom doors come without a warranty. Ideally the door will have a limited lifetime warranty. Best of luck.
While I can't be certain, these doors may be Supa Doors. We manufacture the doors just north of San Antonio (about 45 min away from Terri)

Are there house plans /floor plans available for this house?
What are the exterior colors of this house?
Are there house plans available for this gorgeous home? What is the square footage and where is this particular home located?
This was a home that I photographed for a client, and unfortunately I'm not aware of any available house plans/floorplans. Thank you for the question...I wish I could have provided a more helpful answer!

interior of house. Small grass planting in matching stone planter.
Wood "look" garage door to match the house trim?
Even large houses have cars that leak
Favorite picture today, probably all the hard scaping! Wood could be lighter and could traditional bricks be used?
