kind of brick this is or who manufactured it? We love this brick but can't find anything on it.
The bricks are called “zwarte steen” - translated as "black stone". They were locally sourced and supplied (in Delft, The Netherlands) by Verhaar Building. Unfortunately, the owners do not have any further information about this product. All the best, Holly

We are about to build a home. Would like to solicit your expertise on 2 bricks - darker on the bottom (1/3 up) and a lighter on the upper portion. Our property is slopped, like this. Initially were going with EFIS / brick bottom. Now considering all brick. Builder
think 2-brick tones will look good divided as described.
Will whitewashing help improve white brick?
I moved into my mother's home when she passed away so it wouldn't be torn down and have completely remodeled it but I am stuck with ugly white brick on the outside...any suggestions?
