Hi! Thanks for posting this great picture. Can you tell me how much the bar sticks out from the wall? (Trying to go with a bar with as low a profile as possible. Many thanks.
entertaining. It is great to fill with ice and hold drinks that are easily accessible for those sitting at the bar or to grab on your walking by. At the end of the party, just pull your stopper out and all of the ice melts down the drain. Easy cleanup.

Good question regarding this sink! While there are two other functional sinks in this kitchen, one found in the island and another in the walk-in pantry, the bar sink is used more for entertaining

Yes. Wallcovering was installed below the counter. It's from Phillip Jeffries. The pattern is Glazed Abaca - Brushed Silver.

behind the stove. I don't think that's the best idea as you don't want to be reaching across a hot stove to grab your spices, etc.. That's just asking for trouble.
that's a brushed stainless steel kick. some of those are actually "hidden" drawers. that's why you see vertical lines.
Stainless stuff on right. I really do like a modern kitchen
another stand alone stainless steel hood, but the backsplash is different, it is only right around the stove and it is a piece of solid marble.
