What type of material is the house siding made of?
I love the colors of the house. I found the Maple Leaf and Raccoon Fur; however, would the Sandy Brown be CC-105, instead of 150? I found a sample labeled Sandy Brown but the number is 105. Thank you.

The Birchgrove House project involved alterations and additions to a free-standing 1889, heritage-listed Victorian Regency residence. The design approach was to refurbish and expose the significant features of the original building to then act as a backdrop to a new living pavilion to be located within

The new kitchen was designed within the original kitchen wing to become the central pivot point of the house; providing connection from the original house out to the central courtyard, and through to the new living pavilion. The result is a carefully considered

We want a red front door for our new house and are trying to decide what color hardboard siding and shingles. We will have white trim. What color is your house? We love the front door style and color. Thanks!
Thank you:) The door was part of the house I just painted and added the hardware and #'s:) And yes you are correct about the woodwork:)) Thank you very much! Rachel
Thank you so much! The railing was in place when we purchased the house so I don't know the manufacturer:(
what you have. Of course, the simplest and most inexpensive way to get a “new” front door is to work with what you have. Consider a new paint color, hardware and details like house numbers or a knocker before going with a brand-new door. That’s what designer Rachel Greathouse did for her farmhouse door
Can you share what type of siding is on this house.
I love the color - but am considering new siding on my house and I like this houses' siding.
I have a small portion of the house with copper roof and down spouts, but it has turned dark with age. Do the owners of this house really go out with copper cleaner every few months or was this just installed?
Is the door new? If so, can you tell me where you got it? Thanks!
Good question, Annette. I believe the cooper is new. We handled the restoration of the painted surfaces, not the gutters. In my experience, I believe most homeowners let Copper patina. It would be very difficult to maintain the copper, new look. It does look cool, but not normal to leave it that
