usually found on florescent tube boxes or sunshine ceilings, but can be custom cut in a variety of shapes and sizes to fit any need.
can you explain how the recessed lights are fitted/trimmed? can you provide more pics of these? please
painted or papered motif, recessed lighting can detract from its beauty — you may not want ceiling fixtures at all. A concrete ceiling also isn't the best fit for recessed lights.

To me, it looks like a low tech, economy approach, using tightly fitted 4' x 8' sheets of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) first painted a dark brown or black and then gone over with a semi-gloss off white without using too much paint on a 1/4" napped roller (such as one would use to paint smooth flat surfaces)
