Cambria Torquay from The Marble Collection
The Cambria Torquay was installed in my kitchen and 2 weeks later it cracked on the corner. I contacted the installers and Cambria immediately. Why aren't you willing to stand by your products?
I had the Cambria Torquay installed in my kitchen
chip that was glued in by someone. The Cambria rep said they were folds or creases that appear in the surface and are not cracks. I have pictures that i showed three other fabricators and all said they were cracks. There is no way a chip can just appear, the Cambria rep and the installer were working together
together to deny the damage. Maybe Cambria can explain why a chip and several cracks would be a crease or fold that naturally occurs in their product. That was the explanation given to me by the Cambria Representative. Sounds like they changed crack to the words crease or fold as a way of avoiding customers

The Wood is Cherry and it is a Pillow Frame Raised Panel Doorstyle with a Stain and Glaze, the Island is a Distressed Black Paint. Countertops are Cambria Quartz New Haven. The Backsplash is a mix of Tumbled Stone, Crushed Glass accents, and a Custom Blend by Sonoma Tile in a Rhomboid shape.
We just ordered the Cambria New Haven for our countertops and have similar wood floors. Love the colors in this room and was wondering what stain you used on the cherry cabinets. Thank you.
